Cancellation Policy
All order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of FemaGold products and want you to experience their full benefits. For this reason, we ask that you use your product for at least 14 days before requesting a return.
If after 14 days you still feel the product isn’t right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely. A product is considered damaged only if it has a functional defect or arrives physically broken.
Please note: Damaged outer packaging (such as bent or dented boxes) with an undamaged product inside is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, the order cannot be refunded or resent.
