At FemaGold, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—so you can focus on feeling better, not paying extra for delivery.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and local courier performance.

Please note:

  • Couriers may experience delays during peak seasons.

  • International shipments may encounter customs inspections, which can extend transit times.
    These delays are outside of FemaGold’s control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If our system detects irregularities or incomplete details, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your address. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please email hello@femagold.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.


Delayed Delivery

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Address verification issues

  • Payment processing delays

  • Product availability

If we encounter an internal issue that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
However, FemaGold cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

We will always do our best to support you and help resolve any delivery concerns.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after being handed to the courier, please email us at hello@femagold.com and we will assist you.

We recommend that you:

  1. Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

  2. Provide any additional information they request.

We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Please note:

  • FemaGold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • These situations fall outside our refund policy.

  • Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If the courier confirms the package cannot be located, filing a local police report may also be recommended.
